D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event (TUDFE) is a bi-annual meetup of the world's biggest Disney fans, spanning over three days. In 2024, fans engaged in exclusive shopping experiences, met Disney legends across 50+ panels, dressed to impress for cosplay meetups, and more.  
In collaboration with Editorial and Lifecycle Marketing teams, we deployed 45+ LOB/FOB emails to 3.1M+ subscribers 30 days ahead of the event.
I drew on a deep understanding of our fans and core brand principles, translating Disney’s tone and voice into messaging that inspired engagement while supporting business objectives. 
By leveraging performance insights from prior campaigns (e.g., straightforward, exclusive-offer headlines drove an increased open rate), I crafted copy that achieved a 35% increase in click-throughs and a 40% lift in digital sales leading up to the event.​​​​​​​
